Do you have minimums?
We have a 2 staff member minimum on all events. Events larger than 30 people have a 3 staff minimum. A 3-hour minimum on all services and rentals for all events. There is a great amount of time, and work that goes into our service before, during, and after your event. We want to ensure we provide you with the premium service you deserve.
If we’re not having alcohol at our event, can we still contract your service?
Absolutely! We can use our mobile bars for any idea you choose. We specialize in our mocktails just as much as we do our cocktails. Start your event adventure with our Mocktail package!
Can I taste the cocktails before my event?
We do offer Cocktail tastings on all of our premium packages for a maximum of 30 minutes. This includes up to 3 signature cocktail tastings for a maximum of 3 people to ensure we meet your expectations prior to your event. This must be done no later than two weeks prior to your event. Signature cocktail tastings are only scheduled and planned after services are secured.

How soon should we book a bar?
We recommend at least 90-30 days before your event depending on the size of the event. We operate on a first come, first serve basis. A 50% refundable retainer* and a signed contract must be in place to secure a date. This retainer will go towards your final payment. Please see our refund policy for additional details.
Can you move the mobile bar to another location?
Once set up and in place our mobile bars can not be moved. We can offer additional bar options if you are needing a bar space setup somewhere else for things such as Cocktail Hour.
What is your rain plan?
Let’s be honest, Florida's weather is unpredictable! Due to our advanced booking, we cannot predict rain or bad weather dates. In the event rain or bad weather is projected for your outdoor event, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our bar services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 50% refundable* initial payment to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 5 business days from event day, any cancellations made within 10 business days of event date, lose the right to a full refund. Please see our refund policy for additional details.
